Koda Bears Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Koda Bear!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Because Koda Bears are individually selected and prepared for each customer, completed Build Your Koda Bear orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If there is a problem with your order, please include your order number and photos of the item when contacting us.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
